NEXT GEN MEN

Redefining modern masculinity

Real Strength. Real Men. Real Respect

Next Gen Men is an 8–12 week transformative program designed to help participants explore what it truly means to be a man in today’s world and discover what healthy masculinity looks like. This program gives young men the tools to think critically and act with compassion— shaping a generation that values respect, equality, and emotional strength.

Through interactive sessions, real-life stories, and practical activities, participants are supported to challenge stereotypes, develop a strong sense of respect and empathy, build emotional awareness, and grow into confident, respectful allies against toxic misogyny in today’s world.

The program empowers young men to challenge harmful stereotypes such as “boys will be boys” or “real men don’t cry.” Participants learn to identify and manage difficult emotions like rejection, anger, and frustration while gaining a deeper understanding of consent, respect, and healthy relationships.

Next Gen Men fosters empathy and self-awareness, encouraging young men to recognize and stand up against misogyny and gender-based violence. It also helps them critically assess the influence of social media, online content, and pornography on their attitudes and relationships. By strengthening their self-worth and promoting mental health awareness, the program equips participants to navigate peer and social pressures with confidence.
