Never Fold Collective is running a free 4-week online workshop for young people who want to better understand their relationship with drugs and/ or alcohol as well as their impact on mental health, relationships, legal and self-esteem.

Each session includes real, inspiring stories, practical tools, and supportive conversations:

  • build motivation for change

  • understand the different stages of change

  • weighing up choices

  • learn practical coping strategies

  • set goals and improve your overall wellbeing

ONLINE WORKSHOP

If you’re curious about making improving your mental health, making positive changes or just want a safe space to learn and talk, this workshop is for you.

Who can join:  People aged 14–28 living in NSW.

Format:  Sessions run online once a week for 45–60 minutes, making it easy to join from wherever you are. Connect via Zoom.

Duration:  Once per week for 4 weeks.

Time:

5:30pm- 6:15pm/6:30pm

45 – 60 minute session

Participants will not be able to enter the session after 5:36pm.
